I had the pleasure of this great classical singer, a son of the soil, performing live the farewell night (Saturday) at my brother's wedding in Cedar Hill Village , Trinidad 31 years ago. He brought much joy and happiness to everyone with his melodious voice and compositions. This particular bhajan brings me a lot of peace and is one of my favourites . Thank you Ustad Ji. Growing up my grandfather had a passion for guyanese taan / local classical, which eventually grew upon me. This song is my first experience with "Trinidad local classical" so many many years ago .... Many thanks to my brothers Sat Maharaj and S.
