How does Hank not have a million followers?! One of the funniest men in history in my opinion! I’m a retired avid fly fisher and every thing he says is speed of light comedy coming at you in waves! I think of him in the same category as Jonathan Winters. Winters did multiple characters improv brilliantly, but Hank’s character is equally brilliant as any Winters did. Hank’s real name is Travis Schwartz, a lawyer, and I couldn’t imagine him in that capacity. He would crack me up even if he was trying to be serious! Thanks for the laughs Hank! Come to the San Juan River and bestow your knowledge on us out there. He was in Durango once and I had to miss his show. Huge regret not making it there!

Caught you on the Meat Eater podcast today, led me to this specific video...and this shit is rich! I laughed repeatedly. Comedic and very well done, good sirs! I also enjoyed (felt the eminent weight of) your conversation with Steve and Janis regarding taking cancer patients fishing...My dad and I released many a large walleye and few nice muskies back to lakes before losing him to the disease. I think what we need to address most on this video is whether or not "Hank's" boots did, or did not, match his waders......? I'm listening...GO! Personally I say yes, but my bait fisher bud just snubbed his nose at me like I was out of my mind. Then he told me "Those boots weren't in fact in the Wal-Mart catalog so they must be crap." I said what if they were in the K-Mart catalog and he said, "Keep dreaming." Don't worry Hank, the boots looked great. And honestly when it's all said and done, that's what's really important.

I'm not pretentious at all but I do believe bottom fishing with Powerbait dough should be banned. I was wading in the Red River in Arkansas and all these dead fish floated past me. I took a break went for lunch on the bank where all these people were sitting in chairs and noticed that they already met the 5 fish limit yet still kept fishing. Almost every fish they caught ate the hook and they'd just rip it out, put another gob of dough on their line and kill another fish. All the while the fish they had on their stinger were dead and starting go bad. It was a slaughter and none of these bastards gave a shit.
