It's easy to assume Hank saw Cristobal in his final moments, but I'd rather believe in a bleaker alternative. I think Hank sees nothing, at long last realizes the consequences of his choices as he holds the statue's hand and realizes that it is cold.

It would be cool if Cristobal's "spirit" appears from the balcony as if he watched everything that unfolded in the lobby. Then Hank looks up to him only to see Cristobal staring down at him with a neutral emotion. That's the moment Hank was literally shocked at his final moments. But when we turn back to the balcony from Hank's perspective, Cristobal dissappears into nothingness; it's just a hallucination.

I think it’s their version of heaven. When Barry is in prison he thinks of the best times in his life and that was the desert area and it had these sounds in them. That’s further shown when he is interrogated by Jim Moss and wants to envision the desert but instead starts thinking of the beach purgatory/hell. So I think this is showing Hank is in a good place with Cristobal kind’ve. A happy ending for him in my mind

Poetic but *so* much to read into that scene... Though a statue... Crystobal can't 'look Hank in the eye' Hank will forever 'be below Crystobal'. Crystobals hand looks like it is letting go, Hank cannot keep hold of him... Crystobal in the end, offers no comfort to the man who spurned him. Crystobal, a good man in the end, looking upward toward heaven, while Hank, sitting below him, probably toward hell where he deserves to be. Hank at the feet of the golden bull he created ala the biblical story of the golden bull.

Sally yelling, then just still silence except for Hank gurgling his final breaths w a horrid look on his face, realizing he’s going to be cursed in death for his actions in life. I mean it’s career suicide, Albert not only let Barry walk, but he intentionally got LAPD to stop investigating “the Raven” because Fuches wasn’t doing shit at the time really. So not only did he let Barry walk, only for Barry to go on and kill a lot more people, but he also let Fuches walk, and Fuches goes on to form up a new gang of assassins that kills a ton of people. If Albert spoke up about any of this he’d be shitcanned and possibly face jail time himself.

One thing I realized, from the characters and their outcomes were also based on how they view themselves and accepting their identity. From Barry, trying to convince himself that he is a good person, For Hank, who doesn’t want to face the fact that he had Crisobal killed, and then Mr. Cousineau, who kept saying he came back to do the right thing and stop the movie from being made, to which his selfishness got the better of him as it has many times before. With all of that, I’m surprised that Fuches was the only one who had their hands dirty that didn’t have a bad outcome. And as oppose to the other characters i mentioned, before the shootout he spoke on how he used to think of himself, but now accepts the person he is. I believe this aspect did have an effect on their character's fate.
