KotH is definitely a more down to earth and realistic show than South Park and its humor follows that. Also Bobby will eventually make Hank proud. Usually it involves grilling.

Also Bobby is a genuinely good kid and i think Hank is proud of him just for that. even if he does embarrass him a lot and doesn't understand him. Hank is a good dad, just with a bit of an anger problem and a narrow uereetee.

5:40 as someone who is a software engineer and used to also work at my parents HVAC company, this sh*t is real. Well, not being 100 miles away like that kid, but fr the average customer almost never knows what he actually needs in both software and HVAC industry, so you got to drill into them with questions to find out what they are actually looking for, so they won't just come back in a few days to return and complain about the wrong thing that he requested to buy 17:15 Urgh, this bit hits so hard. My dad was born just before WW2 in Finland and was heavily affected by it and the culture back then. Not even once has he said he loves or even likes us, or given us a hug. I remember when king of the hill first aired. It's a really good show that has actual morals. Yes Hank and Bobby have their differences and he does wonder about his boy. I really think he's proud of him because Bobby does have good morals. I know it's a cartoon and none of it is real. I would like to see more shows with values and morals. Like King of the hill has.
