I purchased this meter and I can not figure out how to read EC and PPM without opening the back and manually pressing the black button. Is there a way to read PPM and EC without going through this? I use this meter to test my Hydroponic Solution and I do watch both readings. I like the meter, I find it very accurate from reading to reading... but I really wish I could read what I need with the press of a button.

They are not answering. This is an AD. Don't spend an arm and a leg on those Hanna meters. Buy chinese, they are way less expensive. For THAT price you can get 2 or 3 chinese ones to compare and you still have some change $$$ ;-)
