Hannah was right in this - Hannah and Bugs were there before Tom - therefore they should get the say in whether they move cabins or not. They talked it through, they both chose not to, Malia didn’t have to throw her toys out of the pram for this, it’s 2 weeks, it won’t kill you. But, then again, I suppose this is why she got Hannah fired.

If cabins are separate gender it is absolute unprofessional to sleep in them mixed gender. You are not supposed to hook up with your coworker nor sleep with your boyfriend in a gender separate cabin system. They are already together a long time, they can go with 2 weeks not sleeping together. Hannah and Bugs where on the boat before Tom arrived too, they both said they don't feel comfortable sharing a cabin due to their past. Sandy just took the liking on Malia and was just as unprofessional about this.

Hannah shared her 4500 tip with the crew which I thought was so sweet but dumb, and malia gets her portion from Hannah then makes fun of her for being VIP. Just because someone works hard in the yachting business it’s about the client Mr Malia it’s not about you or Tom or were you sleep it’s about making that client feel special and that’s what Hannah did. One thing is certain if Mr. Malia for that Tip she wouldn’t have even bought her co workers a drink not one drink. Hanna could have cost Sandy and owner of vessel not just license but also vessel she had medesin that needed docomentation per safty rule and inspections and test can happen any time and if found they can take the vessel or at minimum take license so its not just the person that has it that it has repecations for the zero tolleranse rules are there for a extreamly good reson,on other note M should have informed Sandy earlyer if she knew earlyer and Sandy reacted as fast as she could in the situation. If you guys watch Deadlyest Catch as well you notice how strickt the zero tolleranse policy is keept onbord those vessels and the captains state that time and time agen
