Bravo Media sails through the French Riviera in a new season of Below Deck Mediterranean. Sandy may be navigating the “Sirocco” mega yacht again, but she brings a new level of leadership in season four. With high expectations, she has no tolerance for anything short of perfection and will take drastic measures if the crew can’t deliver. Hannah, looking to right her wrongs from last season, is hoping for smooth sailing with a strong interior crew. But will choppy waters threaten her redemption? Mila, classically trained in French culinary cuisine, becomes the first female chef in franchise history, but after a bout with food poisoning right as the first charter guests are set to arrive, she’ll have her work cut out for her. I enjoy Hannah's role on Below Deck. She is quick witted, sarcastic, yet can mimic a nice and caring leader (when needed) towards people she probably won't see again after 10 weeks. I do cringe though when she gets too drunk, and tries to hit on whomever without recognizing it's not reciprocated. Her last night with Conrad was humiliating. Brooke was the same way and I found it odd that Colin liked her so much, despite her drunken offering to Adam, Joao, and I thought there was one other...?

just watching below deck med now and Malia 100% did it maliciously. she had no problem giving it to Hannah when Hannah was having an anxiety attack episodes prior and didn’t bring it to the captain then but as soon as Hannah stood her ground on rooms, suddenly she took photos of it for the captain. Hannah is below deck med and now the shows in shambles

I am very disappointed in the comment sections. If people want to judge her on the way she acted that is one thing. However, I find it sad people commenting on her weight, and the way she looks. Everyone in their life goes through body changes. Hers happens to be on tv for everyone to see. What I hated about Bugsy and Brooke was that they moaned about how Hannah wasn't doing enough work when she was there to delegate, be the face of the interior and also make sure there are enough provisions for the guests AND crew. It really irritates me when people who don't have experience managing - yes, Bugsy was a chief stew once, boohoo- a team and expect the manager to do the menial tasks as much as the other team members do. To me it shows how Bugsy didn't actually have THAT much experience as a chief stew and Brooke was just tired and also acting a little bratty and like Hannah said, she had Joao by her ear most of that season.

Hannah does have her hands full and these young lazy people don’t understand and have NO respect. She does have to make the supply orders and plan all that out. One girl said she could do that in 20 mins. I think it would take more that that. It takes me longer than that to plan an evening meal for company, so I can’t imagine what it would take to satisfy these passengers who are spoiled to begin with. These young people come on the boat thinking this will be easy and who they can go to bed with! Give me a break! Hannah has her faults but I think she does work hard and seems like a caring nice person.

It’s all about management, and Hannah was lazy playing to the end, which she also more than once admit, for a chef stew she should of never put her self on such a deep level. And regarding the drugs it’s simply plain maritime law. She did this long enough to know what she can do and what not. Also that she was playing peoples didn’t make this better. This is a TV show I don’t know if this is the role which she got, or if she is that way in real life too.

Kate's the same way, have you watched her seasons?! She and her second stew were absolutely bullies last season to the 1st 3rd stew. The way they sat around like two mean girls and talked shit about her and the way they treated her on her last day was horrific!! Andy gave them a chance to show some kind of remorse or apologize, but they showed no signs of human decency! The 2nd stew looked guilty AF when Andy kept asking do they think it was excessive the way they treated her, but kept his mouth closed and let heartless Kate defend their actions!

Some people hate being told what to do. So many young people expect to be "babied" in their jobs these days, you have to talk to them nicely, you have to use small words, you have to use a pleasant voice, you can't raise your voice. Fucking bullshit some jobs can't do that & below decks is one, with the high turn over over charters you can't be spending all your time on one staff member who after 3 charters couldn't do a basic cabin change still. How hard is it to keep the earpiece in the ear, what we see Hannah do is just a small portion, you can guarantee there is a shit load more on the cutting room floor thats not shown. If the interior staff are not doing their jobs, then she is the one being given shit, she's the one who loses out, she's the one who gets it from the captain, the guests & other staff. That's because she's the one they see.

rosemary K - good point. Although Kate doesn't usually say too much, her time with Caroline pushed her over the edge where she couldn't even see beyond the extra work she and Josiah pushed through. Caroline seemed to always have some emotional or physical issue that prevented her from working 100%. When she worked, she was good, but the majority of turnovers found her limping, panicking, moaning, smoking etc. (Yet very healthy for every tip meeting)
