I found you on KZbin. And then I went and found you on Poshmark. And then I put some of your techniques into practice. And then this week I made five sales! I am ecstatic! You keep going with whatever kind of videos your little heart desires because I will watch every single one of them. But I do love to hear the analytics of what you are figuring out. I have to say that just based on my minimal experience of just a few months, sharing your closet every 30 minutes or an hour really does pay off. And it pays off even better if you communicate with all of your likes. I am rolling with that wave of success girl! So if you ever get to feeling down and don’t feel like doing videos and need some motivation, call me. I’m on messenger. I will be glad to give you a pep rally any time. I don’t know that I could ever thank you enough. (Edit... I thought I had followed you but evidently I had not, so I have now.)

Message people who “like” your items!! I’ve been doing it the last few days like this “Thanks for liking an item! ☺️ Feel free to create a bundle and/or make an offer on any items in my closet! All my orders have next day shipping! Happy shopping ☺️☺️” I’ve made a bundle sale every day since!! And while doing this I haven’t sent out offers! It’s been my biggest week!

I have tried reaching out to past buyers.. thanking them again for their purchase and inviting them back. Also have tried a simple welcome message to new closets... and what has actually worked a few times is commenting on someone like and saying " this is a great jacket, your should totally snatch it up!" lol. A little encouragement i suppose.

I found you through your mlm content first. (Still pondering sending in a horror story btw) and then completely unrelated I started trying to sell on Poshmark and found out you did videos on that too. I’m very new to Poshmark so I really appreciate it. I’ve been at it for about a month and only made one sale, kind of depressing, so I’m looking for any tips and tricks I can get.

Hi Hannah! First up, I LOVE your channel. I have learned SO much! So, thank you. I was wondering if you could do this experiment, it would really help me and I believe others to see the cause and effect of doing this. I thought the experiment could be a re-listing experiment. So, in a certain amount of time, you re-list stale items/listings and see if it actually sells AFTER you re-list it. You (and others) always talk about relisting low attention items so I want to see your process of doing it and the effect. I think it could be a super helpful video experiment for me and many others that watch your channel. Let me know if you are planning to do something like this. Thank you, Hannah!!
@HannahAlonzo3 жыл бұрын
Hey Annika! I’ve already done an experiment about relisting ❤️ On my channel there’s a video about dropping all of my prices for Closet Clear Out, relisting what didn’t sell, and then seeing how many sales I made!

Out of all your experiments I have watched since subscribing last week this has been my favorite! It makes my Master's in Library Science muscle go 🧐. So I had zero followers when I used the app to buy some leggings about a year ago and up until a few weeks ago. My fave consignment store that had an 80/20 split closed due to Covid so I thought I'd sell some of my things. I joined a party and started following a few people. I believe I might be almost at 500 people now without doing much (I finally did my Meet the Posher and changed the picture to Launching Soon today.) I thought maybe it was because I picked a good name for me/my store (TallPlusGirl). Now you're having me think follows mean nothing. That might be a good topic for another experiment... Do names mean anything at all?
@jessicadingus38773 жыл бұрын
A couple experiments I'd like to see are a more targeted version of this experiment: Share an item or Sale listing to people who have liked similar listings in the past with a message in their bund.le. I know some people feel like its spammy but I have seen likes and sales on the items I targeted in the past. A good sharing experiment would be a large number of community shares without self-shares.

Good info. I’m wondering if you could do a video about the copy listing feature. It seems like that keeps evolving and now I don’t know if it is even useful. Thanks.
@HannahAlonzo3 жыл бұрын
The copy listing feature is only helpful if your listing has been listed for longer than 60 days. If it has been, the copy feature will make your listing appear in the “just in” category as if it is something brand new. If your listing has been listed for less than 60 days, you can copy it, but it won’t be placed in “just in” and it won’t rank any higher in search than it did before. You can go to your seller tools to download your inventory report and see how long each item has been listed. Hope that helps!

I have followers and to date, I've never listed anything. I've only made purchases. I get them when I follow someone so following someone triggers new followers - even if you aren't a seller.

I haven’t checked to see if anyone else has already suggested this, but on the theme of commenting to get sales, have you tried messaging everyone who likes an item and letting them know you’re doing a bundle discount? Or a Bogo?
@HannahAlonzo3 жыл бұрын
I have a video on this coming on Saturday! 😉
@deborahdtw3 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure if this is good or not, but I do not typically just follow people back. It feels like a waste of time. However that being said, if someone shares something from my closet, I do go follow them and share something from their closet. And I’m not sure if that’s a wise move either. And I have one more question… If I send offers to five people on an item, and then someone else likes it afterward, can I send that offer just to that person through the offer method?
@HannahAlonzo3 жыл бұрын
I’m the same way, I don’t usually pay attention to followers or follow anyone back. And yes, you can send the same offer to a new person using the “offer to likers” button. Each individual person only receives your offer once unless it is 10% more off than your previous offer. So if you send it to 5 people, someone new likes it, and you send the offer again, only that new person will receive it because the first 5 already got it 😊 Hope that helps!
@annabraybrooks47093 жыл бұрын
Have you ever experimented messaging every person who likes an item?
