Hi Hannah! I can do oversplits but realised, just now, that my hips are not square and I have to go back up a bit to make them square. Would you recommend that I stop doing oversplits until I get my “normal” splits down? (Sorry if my English is bad). You’re amazing btw!🤗✨
@maratmankov179 Жыл бұрын
Ik I’m not her but I think yes. It’s gonna stretch your hip flexors a lot more and hamstrings and the right position. Like for example if you get square splits flat you can arch back with both sides and not just one because you’re twisting your splits. And like she said in the video it could help with penche balances arabesques and more

Hi Hannah! I was just wondering, for your live classes, what kind of dance are they? Is it like a ballet class? Also, I just wanted to tell you I'm so thankful for your videos I watch all of them and do your strength tutorials! I love your channel!

The main issue with side planks for me and why I can’t do them is becuase I have no grip on the side of my feet so they slip, and I don’t have the strongest core so I need that support Does anyone know how I could stop my slipping but keep it effective?
@charlottedarby61743 жыл бұрын
Try doing it with the bottom leg bent so you are balancing on the side of your knee instead of your foot, this will build up your core so you can progress to doing it on the side of your foot ❤️
