I never comment on videos, but, I can’t resist today! I have been doing your dance hit workouts for a few weeks now and I do this video when I am done. I am so proud of myself because when I did this today I could comfortably touch my toes!! And I know it sounds silly and small but I am proud that I can do it!!! SO THANK YOU!!!

I used to not do the stretching after the HITTs, but randomly decided to give a try this past week and just wow. This makes me feel even better after doing the dances and whoot whoot for that improved flexibility!

Can you do more stretch videos?? 7-10 min would be perfect! I had no idea I needed it so bad but the difference in how I feel having just done your HIIT and this vid as opposed your HIIT and my own quick stretches is incredible. You are magic, girl!

I am working out for my first amateur musical and added your dance workouts to my training program. Next to my other strength, cardio and explosive workouts and flexibility. My boyfriend is a PT as well and made my scheme but he can't help me with a dance workout ;) With this I am really happy to have some dance workouts in my training scheme as well. Amazing stretch! I love how you do it in a circle if that makes sense like it starts at the top right, then at the bottem right, in the middle, at the bottom left, at the top left and again in the middle. If you have the time (and I know that you're probably busy with the HIIT HOPs) could you consider doing another stretch video? Because if you're doing this after every HIIT HOP it becomes a bit repetitive and monotonous.

Emily, this is the first time I've done the cool down (love the dance HIIT workouts-btw :) but I think you said something like, "I'd like to do yoga but I'll never been thin" ?!? I hope I misheard that. I sincerely appreciate how real you are doing the workouts, admitting when moves are hard and that you show relief at the end- like a normal human. Keep it real and authentic, don't project stereotypes on yourself- you are too good for that!

I just had an ADHD disassociative moment where I forgot to take my heels off after the Heels HIIT and did this whole stretch cool down in (thankfully chunky boot) heels. All I have to say is I'm thankful I have strong ankles and glad to know I can touch my toes and the floor even when wearing heels ☺🥰

Is there anyway you could maybe do a stretch that's aimed at the non flexible and those with really poor balance? Unfortunaley I suffer from both and spend most of cool down stretches falling over and not knowing how to stretch properly.

I hate this term but the child’s pose (cat stretch) is key. Cat and cow stretch like In yoga. I’ll definitely be posting another stretch video to help this because I get lower back pain as well!!

At approx 3 mins, when we are down and stretching back one knee, should you feel tightness in your other knee, the one that is currently fully stretched out? Not sure I have my weight in the right place. Thanks x

I've been doing this after every workout and it's awesome but I believe I outgrew it? It doesn't feel stretchy enough and I can totally touch my toes so that's probably a bit too much flexibility. Think you can do a "hardcore" stretch? :)

I have a question: everytime when you grab your ankles and need to pull and then slowley roll up I almost pass out.. :p I don't think that that's supposed to happen.
