Will sees baby Hannibal: "wow our kids would have been so pretty." 😁 The heart made from a dead body was resting on three swords, so that's where the sword came from. Will became a popped collar, disappearing in the shadows of a catacomb kind of guy, when before he was plaid flannel cuddle with his dogs on a sweaty towel kind of guy. In the season 2 finale the ravenstag died, like the relationship between Will and Hannibal, and then in this episode Hannibal's love letter revives it.

-buckles in seatbelt- we love dark, muddy will who is just vibin. the grey morality of this show is just so good. and the hannibal as lucifer metaphors are so heavy and delicious in the first half of season 3. the elegance, the extraness of this season... You probably read this a lot but watching you makes my day. I hope you know how you positively affect us with your Hannibal reaction. 🙂 This is my fave Hannibal’s murder tableau, not just for its romance but because it is the ONLY tableau where Will didn’t need his pendulum to imagine the crime scene. Primavera is my fave episode in S3A because we finally get to see what Will is really thinking. I like how he uses ‘Abigail’ to justify what he’s feeling for Hannibal. I also like that no matter how Hannibal thinks he’s above all human, he still has fears and he couldn’t even come to Will no matter how much he yearns for him. These two! 😩🖤

As always, my cheeks hurt a lot at the end of these reactions. Something in my gut told me you were going to give young Hannibal a brownie point and I'm so happy you actuallly did it! I mean, I repeated the scene and paused it for a long time so I could get enough nutrients from it xD Older Hannibal was fine enough, they didn't have to give us a younger version to kill us.
