Hai is that government campsite or people are just camping in open ground?does this campsite has water and toilet facility?

Hi, I can't really tell exactly, but we went there camping on the open space around the barbecue area. There's a public toilet in the camping/bbq site. Not a wide space to accommodate a big crowd of campers. Since Hap Mun Bay is managed by Leisure and Cultural Services Department, there is public toilet by the beach which we used when we camp there and we use the water there aswell to wash things, but we brought our own water for cooking.
