how do I un-knit the kfb stitch? I can not remember what my last stitch was. I can un-knit the regular knit stitch but how do I un-knit the kfb ones?

You pretty much do the same thing for a kfb. The fkb is sitting on your right needle. Take your left needle and insert it in the back of the "wrap" and now you have that stitch on your left needle. The next stitch is your kfb stitch, you let that one fall off, pull your working yarn and now your kfb is undone. I will send you a video via messenger on facebook so that you can see it. I am a visual learner.

I hope I have the right Sheena. Are you wearing a pink hat in your facebook profile pic? 😉

Your tutorials are great but don't you think the newbies should know what those letters mean & why they're used?! You just show how the stitch is made in great detail, however, you could have explained to them what the KFB means. This stitch stands for "Knit Front to Back" for those who don't know. Just saying!!
