One thing I learned with my partners colon cancer was that the stoma interferes with your digestion and that effects the absorption of vitamins and minerals. I'm surprised they tell you to eat bananas, they don't contain that much potassium. You will get way more potassium from things like bok choy, white beans, beets. I'm so surprised the cancer doctors don't talk more about diet. It plays a huge part in preventing (and unfortunately causing) cancer. God made our bodies so wonderfully to function in perfect harmony. He also gave us food and herbs to work with our bodies. I'm praying for a successful procedure. You are the sweetest person and only deserve the best.

I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Sweet Tiffany, I love your positive attitude regarding your lung ablation surgery. Like you, I had a huge abdominal surgery for my Crohn's Disease when I was 17 years old. I had a total proctocolectomy with permanent end ileostomy. My entire colon, rectum, anus, and sphincter muscles were removed due to being destroyed by my Crohn's. I also received my permanent Ileostimy at the same time. Any surgical procedure is no big deal to me because of the massive surgery I had! Keep being positive! @susieq49178 күн бұрын
I asked the question at my husband’s chemo session and was told by an expert that all chemotherapy patients are told to stay safe and not mix too much because what is a cold to a healthy person could be life threatening to someone on chemotherapy. That was why I was confused I want the best for Tiffany she has been through so much it would be a shame if she was to catch something and because very ill.

Plants: Ferns are very picky--they like bright indirect light and humidity. The ZZ plant is one you can't kill. Also, l have low potassium and take a pill everyday. I was hospitalized several times before they figured out what it was. The best foods are avocados, potatoes, spinach, beets and greens, almonds and walnuts, tuna and butternut squash. Good luck and good health.

Thinking about you Tiffany. 💚You’re doing great and are going to heal quickly after your ablation procedure. Look forward to cozy time at home with a new book and getting ideas for enjoyable ways to eat cottage cheese.🥰 I love that you can talk down the anxiety. It does feel good to help process all the thoughts and feelings with talking it out or writing it down. Actions like that reinforce what you know, what’s coming up, goals and visions, and everything begins to feel more routine and normal and familiar and if there’s hospital-type stuff, it’s even more okay to talk it out repeatedly as a way to embrace it until it feels comfortable. Stay zennnnnn, you got this💙XO
