This is just what I needed. The most valuable perspective to me was about the fourth trimester and making the transition from the womb until they’re a little more robust - that’s an excellent point. And how to nap out of the Snoo - also very clever. Thanks so much. We have the Snoo and used it rarely with our first and wanting to chart an easier course with our second. I’ve been super on the fence about potentially loading him up with crutches and making our lives impossible in four months and this video helped me feel comfortable indulging in the Snoo for now. It does really work.

It's so interesting to hear about this!! I sleep with a white noise generator every night. It's sounds of frogs at night around a pond. I think I hear it and it sets me up for being ready to sleep.

Baby 1 was really rough for my sleep; I wish I had heard of the Snoo early on. Definitely going to get one for any others!

I think the snoo has only been out for a short time. Unfortunately before then the only thing to do was tough it out I think.
