NUBIAN QUEEN detox isn't necessarily about losing weight, its more so about cleansing your body from the bad stuff you've been eating/drinking and it's also about hydrating your skin again. For a detox to work with losing weight you also have to go to the gym and eat right and idk if she's doing that. But I also don't think loin is doing it to lose weight, I think she's just doing it to get a bit more healthy/control over what she puts in her body
