Doc Snipes! Thank You! These are the most important things we don’t learn in school: How to be happy. How to be ourselves. How to love ourselves. How to heal ourselves. (and maybe others too :) Your videos are very useful, and so important, a kind of manual for the human mind-brain. Have a nice way! I wish you love and happiness! You're a beautiful soul-surgeon and much more :D!

Allergy every morning? Used to be me. Cured it with drinking water as soon as i wake up. I thought it was allergy but it was dehydration for not drinking for 8 hours while sleeping. I used to sneeze and watery eyes from dehydration as soon as i wake up every morning for years but stopped as soon as I wake up drink lemon water then after an hour after the water goes around my body... my sneezing stops. Hopefully people dont drink allergy medication every morning thinking it's allergy. Natural healing like water or any liquid is the only medication needed.

I love these tips and I’m grateful for you taking the time to share them but I don’t like the idea of comparing yourself to others and being grateful that we aren’t as poorly off as others may be. It just seems mean spirited like saying “yeah I have some issues but at least I’m not a quadriplegic.” Everyone is different and it seems like a bad idea to compare yourself to someone else. I think a better alternative would be to find some stories of recovery and save them to reread on tough days when you need a reminder that there’s always hope to get better 💜

I listened to my very 1st video of this series ever, prior to this one, & IT WAS GREAT INFO! I fell asleep listening to it actually. Somewhere in it, because there were 2 hosts, was a light hearted moment with a little laughter. I don't remember, I fell asleep 😴 But guess what?!?! I finally had a happy dream. I woke up laughing!!! I NEVER laugh when I'm awake. I had such a great dream- and it was a funny one -that I woke up laughing!😆 Thank you, thank you very much for the healing words that you all are giving through these videos. They truly make a difference.

You SHOULD GET A TOP THAT SAYS IM SENSITIVE AND TRYING TO HEAL my soul , people are more respectful and helpful then you realise once you tell them the truth it’s no longer a issue !!!I drunk alcohol for 15 years straight, hiding my anxiety and showing a fake happiness joking around when drunk… then I turned to OxyContin for a couple years, yes those was the best years of my life but now I’m sober and have lost my motivation. So I quit work a month ago and started exercised like a prize fighter , 115kg down to 109kg in no time.

Dear Doc, I used to have allergies every single morning as soon as i wake up. But it goes away around noon. When i prayed asked God what's going on with me because it's been years like this. The answer I got was that by noon I already had drunk some liquid that's why it goes away. Because all through the night while sleeping for 8 or more hours, we don't drink of course that's why we are so dry and sort of dehydrated when we wake up. Although the symptoms are the same as having allergy, it's not. So now, as soon as i wake up, i drink a glass of water and after an hour my symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, etc stops. It takes an hour for the water to circulate, right? Our body's coping with dryness with runny nose, watery eyes, etc. I normally dont drink anything as soon as i wake up until around lunch time that's why that's when my symptoms used to stop. Hope this info might help you and hopefully you are not taking allergy pills. I shared this to some people who were like me and this solved the allergy symptoms that's actually just dehydration upon waking up. God bless you. I love you. I wish you health and safety.

Thanks & good job. Why don't you go back to bed? Why do you force yourself to wake up when your body wants to sleep (during the day)? Is work a toxic relationship? 🤔😕😉
