@@JaneDoe-qf1kk More like a little less than Mach 9.8 or so.... You know, I too have a vehicle that can go Mach 9.8. It is called a Puddle Jumper and I use it to go through the Stargate if Teal'c lets me. He frequently states, "Indeed, I can not let you use the Puddle Jumper. Samantha Carter has need for it." In response, I usually state, "Drat. Not again," and Teal'c usually smiles then. I always wondered what that smile meant.

Innocence & Instinct was given to me by a friend and was the first full Red album I listened to. I was already familiar with a few Red songs (Breathe Into Me, Let Go, and Already Over) but didn't own any Red music yet. I&I was constantly on repeat and made me want End of Silence even more. I love the dark tone about the internal conflict that Christians face all the time but that there's still hope for those who are in Christ. While my favorite song from this album is Death of Me, I still love the album as a whole and still reflect on them. This is one of few albums that I believe has aged well. Happy 10 year anniversary Red's Innocence & Instinct!

The I&I release show is the source of one of my all time favorite concert stories. Almost got into a fight with some dudes that were like twice the size of me and my friends because they were jerks. Didn't fight them because we were not getting kicked out before Red played.

Ah man, Innocence & Instinct is special. It was the first real album that I TRULY counted the days down until its release, and it didn't disappoint! I was a sophomore in high school at the time and the album dropped right before tennis season started, so I kept the album on heavy rotation to get pumped up for my matches. "Out From Under" is definitely my favorite. I'm still holding out hope that, one day, I will be able to stream and add it to some of my playlists on Spotify! Thank you for all you guys have done and continue to do for us!

Man... this album is the best album I’ve ever heard. I remember when MySpace was still around and I was starting to like music. I was listening to all the mainstream stuff, stuff that was socially acceptable I guess. I was barley liking rock music in general and it was almost like a secret to myself. I saw the the “Fight Inside” music video being shared on my feed and I was instantly hooked. Little by little I was downloading songs from this album not knowing that I had already had the full album when I was searching for more. I remember listening to it on my PSP when I use to jog around my old apartment, I remember showing my best friend and girlfriend at the time this album and how it was bridge to listen to more rock music in general. I&I holds up and only gets better with age. Thanks Red.

My entire life has been a series of trials pertaining to innocence and instinct. It’s taken me a long time to learn the difference the between the two, where they both come from, and the meaning behind each of them. In recent years, those things have become very clear to me, coincidentally re-igniting my passion for Red after not having listened to you guys for a few years. The album I & I has really become a soundtrack to my own personal spiritual and internal conflicts, and this record has helped me to distinguish the difference between God’s voice and the devil’s. That’s something I can never thank you guys enough for. Today I actually went through something really heavy emotionally, and something that’s going to render me more vulnerable to instinct than I’ve ever been before. I pray that I will be able to get through this change in my life while staying as close to purity and innocence as I can, and I can already tell you that this record is going to have more of an impact on my life than it ever has before. Please never stop making music like this. Thanks guys. 🤘🏻

One of my buddies was the sound guy for Dizmas (I think Manafest and Spoken where playing too) that night and told me to check out the show. I was in the other room between sets watching the kids skating and when your first note hit all like 15 skateboards leaning on the wall went flying across the room. I ran back to see your set and have been a fan since that first drop. Keep doing what your doing.

I get when a band grows and changes. But you guys are a completely different sound and nothing like the Band I loved. And I've seen and spoke to many fans that also agree. And although I get change. It's completely diffrent and doesn't have any of what I loved about RED. It was awesome. Your fans want change but also not to loose the edge that made us love you in the first place. You guys use to rock. Listen to the ppl. And we'll listen to you because we want it so bad.

I just felt it was time to say how I felt and many others in hope as a fan to continue being one with their music because of how much I loved it and hoping they take change and growth but not without that awesome sound that is the band RED
@jamismith85115 жыл бұрын
@Mauricio Ok so we don't agree. But that's how I feel and even if something is rock sometimes it's just soft rock or it could be they were going in the softer direction and now that didn't work it seems that they tried doing rock again but it wasn't there because they were trying to hard. Idk it's diffrent
