Great song! Besides the group with Denver Crumpler on tenor, this is my favorite group of The Sensational Statesmen Quartet.

Let’s face it this is the best quartet, their style and speed can’t be matched. They were an inspiration and were the leading role for all quartets Kingsmen, and all nobody beat the statesman. They were the originals gotta love them they made Southern Gospel quartets what they are today.

I love these old Quartets and the songs they used to sing. We had a quartet back in our region, from Fredericton, NB Canada, the Gospelairs. They began back in the 1940's and continued right through the 90's, with a few additions and replacements of singers and and instruments over the years. They used to travel around the Maritime provinces and New England, no venue was to small for them! Used to see them in area churches in the 70's when I was a kid. They had a good following. I was so excited to find some of their albums on KZbin. The Gospelairs of Fredericton, NB Canada.
