I know it sounds douchey but if I had to compare. On exactly like guy. like a toddler. You know as soon as their feet Hit the floor they're f****** going. I've even been told that I can eat a bowl of cereal with intensity. I wasn't always like this though. I noticed it being a problem after my third deployment and after like my 4th or 5th roadside bomb. Apparently from all the adrenaline my adrenaline my adrenal glands are like all f***** up. So I'm always like from what the doctor explained how most normal people is adrenaline would be jumping out of a plane. Mine's kind of like consistent or constant like that. I'm just used to it. And I was like well f*** am I going to die. ? The damn doctor shrugged his shoulders. I was like thanks doc. It's crazy I wonder if guys the same way I don't know too much about him. I wonder if like he's like super intense like that for a few days like I am and then I crash but I don't stay awake everyday I'm just saying like my body says f*** you. I wear my heart on my sleeve as well. Not even sure why I just shared all that. Anyway yeah but I agree with you 100%, guy definitely makes the show. They all have their own part to play I guess you would say. I remember when Ian first started showing up everybody started like saying that he was cocky condescending conceited. Always had an answer for everything. And now it's like he's grown on us. Not like a flower. More like a cancer LOL

Great show as always Fouad. We've spoken a few times about sleep apnea as I work for a Sleep Apnea Diagnostic Lab, and my sister is a top Infectious Disease Doctor and Virologist 30 years in professional practice. Nick's numbers, even on gear and eating a abundant amount of food should be zeros at his age. I'm a 5'7 275lbs bodybuilder, and I'm only on TRT now. My score is at 3 and I'm older then you. As long as he's keeping an eye on his bloodwork, kidneys, liver and heart at minimum once a year, should be 2x a year he'll have longevity in our sport and in life. Every bodybuilder competitive or even just gym rats on gear should be getting regular bloodwork done. Love you and your show brother, and love everyone on the show. I got into bodybuilding (figure) at 17. Competed the first time at that age. I absolutely loved the sport and continued. I followed my diets and followed my off seasons and training schedule accordingly. My parents saw it as an obsession as well, while I was only doing what I was supposed to. Fasted cardio, training later in the day for a couple hours and eating my meals. I went to college and had my own job in construction and I never asked for any sort of financial help during my journey BBing. Yet, I was still “obsessed” with the sport. I started gear at 18 years old and hid it from my parents and family because I knew my ass would get kicked out of the house. 3 years later they found out, during that same 3 years my parents always thought I was obsessed and becoming a “man”. And after they found out about the gear they diagnosed me with “anger issues” because I got mad one day when my brother in law at the time was trying to wrestle me. I accidentally (out of reaction) kneed him in the nuts. Ever since I was accused of having anger issues I quit body building and haven’t returned for over a year. Never did I think someone could stop from doing the thing that I love. Simply going to the gym was a therapy for me as most of us see the gym. And I haven’t been able to return, out of fear…. But you guys talked about parents influencing careers and I just couldn’t help but comment that family has a huge impact on supporting one’s dreams. I never knew how much it meant though.

Not sure why Brett would leave the podcast/Hosstile for more money. This podcast reaches way further than just bodybuilding and is really the only way you can transcend yourself into somewhat mainstream popularity. The podcast is still in it's infancy stage and in a few years will be WAY bigger than it is now. Pretty poor fiscal decision on his part.

Much respect to you guys not taking that segment out. You cannot eliminate ideas by canceling them. At this point if you think anyone should be canceled you're essentially saying you have no reasons to argue against the thing you want removed. Or simply your skin isn't thick enough.. You guys did nothing wrong. It is not body shaming simply because you don't think someone is attractive. It would be different if you guys went out of your way to purposely put women down for looking a certain way but you can't demand someone thinks you're hot or even that they think you're ugly for that matter.

Straight vs Pyramid sets it's an interesting debate. I'll give my 2 cents. For compound movements I use a Pyramid warm up but all my working sets are straight sets (sometimes I do the opposite and decrease weight in the last set to get more sets, especially in exercises such as Squat where you loose a lot of strength from set to set and you don't have time to rest for 5 min in a 'regular guy' training). Would like to see you guys debating this more in the future!
