mike green Sometimes that’s the only thing that helps. Most of mine releases itself in the shower especially after a death or something tragic. The night Hurricane Laura came thru my aunt had a heart attack. She passed away 2 days later. Basically I’m an empath anyway so I feel everything deeply whether I just hear a story of someone or if it’s my personal experience. The state of our country right now has brought me many many tears. It’s heartbreaking how low mankind has fallen. Music is my escape and the Nelson family never disappoints. 🦋🦋🦋
