I just can't believe it has already been a year since your wedding. Wow time flies. I hope things work out for you to get a little time off when there are children with school days off as well as coordinating with another working parent, and then your husband to get time off as well. What a total cluster poop. I can't even imagine. I never had that as a problem, my x just disappeared till they got grown. Of course they never paid any child support either. Those were lean years with 4 kids. However I am completely convinced God sent my current husband into our lives he actually met my kids first, so they introduced us. 25yrs later and I know how blessed I am. What was that man thinking to marry a woman with four kids under 13. I'm so very grateful for whatever convinced him. They have a bond with him that is unreal. Even named their kid after him. Gorgeous card as always, I love our catch up art time. XO

Love the card, and the reminder on the candle for fixing things that don't quite work. Mother nature's been on a tear this year! I'm in Texas and what we went through was nothing for y'all. I know this because I lived in Dayton and Fairborn and even Barnesville Ohio which was Southeast Ohio, about an hour from Wheeling W. VA. I lived in Dayton during the blizzard of 78, probably before you were born. Many states were declared disaster areas. We had 20 ft snow drifts in places. Actual temperatures of 50 to 60 degrees below zero. Four or five years after that it was either the last day of April or the last day of June and I want to say June that it snowed. It was crazy. But anyways what got dumped on Texas was so out of character, hopefully once in a lifetime and we were so not prepared. I'm glad the pool will be installed sooner rather than later! It might be nice if he could have one or two friends over, & swim in different parts of it maybe. LOL. But if not I totally get you being more cautious. Too many people are acting like this thing is over, and sometimes that causes or helps perpetuate the flare-ups. Definitely pray about your vacation situation. I had gotten fired from a job at the county many years ago, because I bucked the system. I filed for unemployment and got it. 2.5 years after the fact I received a letter from unemployment stating that the county had filed and appeal over me getting it in a timely manner, but that it had never been entered into the system and had just recently been found. Since they had filed when they were supposed to they had a right to be heard. So there would be a hearing and if I lost I had to pay back all the unemployment. Each of us were to call on a specific day at a specific time they would then call us both back on a three-way call to have the hearing. I prayed down fire & brimstone girl. LOL. They said if either party didn't call in (appear) that it would be over, & the other person would win. At first I was nervous wreck because there was no way I could pay that back if I lost. Angry at their mistake to start with that could cost me everything. So I began to pray that the county wouldn't even call in. I was praying every scripture I could find that applied, cuz God said His word would not return to Him void but that it would accomplish the purpose that He sent it for. I wanted it over and done right then. So I called in they said we'll wait for the county to call in and then we'll call you back on a three-way. And I'm still praying. I've been praying for three or four weeks from the time I got the letter till that day. 15 minutes later the phone rings, and he said well the county never called so it's over. Man was I praising God!!! Folks might have heard me in the next county LOL

Awesome card Kelly! So happy all those beautiful colours on the card, it's realy a birthday party! We had the end of March the warmest day ever in March and in April the coldes Easter in The Nerherlands. It's still to cold and rainy for this time of year and we hope it soon will be better. love the card... yes picking vacation time was never a fun event...I remember when I was working our least senior people had 15 years with the company so they still had the senior employees choose their first choice of vacation but only one block of time...then once everyone had had a pick they went back to the most senior...I thought that was very fair .. but it was years of crappy holidays for the less senior staff till they changed the way the holidays were picked....When my kids were little the only holiday choices that I had were the winter months ..except I had to work all the holidays... it was good pay but I would have liked to have had a Christmas with my family...I hope it all works out for you without having to put in a grievance...

It certainly was when I was a kid. I legit STILL remember when my ‘new aunt’ came to visit and brought me a tea set. I was like ‘she’s cool’. 😂

This card is so cute! I love your one dimensional cards! Oh and I had Covid in January and I didn't have a bad reaction to the Moderna vaccine. I had a very sore arm at injection site both times and then with the second I ran 100.1 for several hours the next evening and that was it!

Super fab card! Sounds like Mother Nature likes April Fools jokes😳 We’ve had a lot of overcast and gloomy days here. Today we’ve got some sun! BTW, do you have carpet in your house? When my daughter was younger she had bad allergies ... dander, pollen, trees, cats...etc. The nurse told me if you have carpets there’s a chemical they treat them with that many people with allergies have a reaction with. Could be what’s aggravating yours.

I had covid in August and nearly died from it....literally...I got the Moderna vaccine in March and just felt a little crappy for about a day. It wasn't bad for my hubby either. He had covid and was the one who gave it to me...he didn't require hospitalization like I did... we both did great w/ the vaccine just some mild chills and body aches. It really wasn't bad at all

My birthday's on Wednesday. I would have loved to get a birthday card like this. I should be so lucky. Edit I'm in Calgary Canada. I have a rewards card with a local food business. They send me a birthday card every year that I can use to get a free dessert and coffee. I plan to use it so I can have something special for my birthday. Last year, I had my 60th birthday under Covid restrictions. Not fun. Last note. I'm getting my vaccine shot this week.

I may have misheard you, but any tax advisor who says one cannot file a federal tax return at all because one is missing a single form is a tax advisor from whom one should run. If one is unable to file a specific form one should still file the return with a statement saying one is filing without the specific return and why one is unable to file the specific form. When the specific form becomes available one should file an amended return. In the specific instance to which you refer one can provide the name of the ex-spouse even if one does not have the SSN. There are specific fines for failure to file one's federal return that are not excuse because one did not have a specific form. Fun fact. The primary source of tax cheat informants are ex-spouses. The IRS is well aware of contentious divorces. I'm sorry, but I felt obliged to make this comment. It's none of my business.
