I fell in love with the Episodes of this Chinese show. It is good to learn Chinese the natural way, with body language, speaking, reactions, emotions. “It is truly Good, I LOVE it” Thank you so much!

I like it. The writing is on par with an early 2000s disney sitcom.
thanks, can you write the scripts of episode 9 please ?

I don't understand why the show's material has complicated sentences, and then they only translate/explain the grammatically easy sentences... I wish they would explain more of the sentence structure

Well the Beijing accent makes it a bit diifficult to understand but overly it's a really nice series.我喜歡這個視頻因爲多個外國學生(我也)學漢語。

FOR HOW LONG THIS FOREIGN WOMAN HAD TO STUDY TO REACH THIS LEVEL??
@biancam.33724 жыл бұрын
She is actually Romanian, married to a Chinese guy. I am Romanian and have read an interview about her life in China. She has been living there since 2001. Her name is Mariana Panait.

9:51/ HOW THE HELL DOES SOMEONE SAY THAT SO FAST?

Interestingly, Mandarin spoken in the South almost always omits the 儿 so these two would indeed be the same word.

I have the same difficulty. I like the shows, they're funny; but the speed of the speaking and the Beijing accent makes them difficult to understand, while the grammar sections are what you'd learn in your first week of Chinese. Would love to know if there's a better option for intermediate/advanced students with a large vocabulary who need listening practice.

I am tryign to learn for HSK 3 but find this one difficult even. Way to scare away learners.

but just curious..to foreign language speakers (not chinese of course): are you listening dialogues at normal speed or not?
@MaestroRigale5 жыл бұрын
lucilla brigante I am, but I’m nowhere near any level of comprehension. At this point I’m listening just to become more familiar with the sounds of Mandarin.

I don't think it's the best show for learning chinese as they speak far too quickly. and always use very complex sentances
@KuntushoNiyamoto10 жыл бұрын
It's for advanced learners actually... somewhere they said it's made "for every level", so even though the dialogues are advanced, the explanations of grammar are absolute basics. maybe they should have better focussed on one of the two, but for advanced it's probably good practice, and the figures/persons make it fun
@g00glian010 жыл бұрын
Ah hell. Everything you watch/listen to is good learning.
@JasonEyermann10 жыл бұрын
I'm about intermediate. I can easily have a half an hour conversation with no English but I still struggle with these videos. If things were just pronounced a little more clearly that would have been so much better.
