Sorry for the poor filming quality, I am still learning how to properly export footage in OBS

Don’t mind the filming quality but the chewing gum was a bit much, love these videos so worked through it but maybe a consideration for next time 💕

I can't believe how much work I've gotten done with your video on. I love that there's no music and that I can hear your typing and clicking. If I somehow zone out, it brings me back. I also like the occasional outside noise. I used to live in the city, so the sound of a bus stopping and pulling out is actually really nice lol. Thanks for the encouragement to get up, drink some water and use the bathroom. Simple, but so appreciated. Please make more... Doesn't have to be longer or shorter, just a variety.

This vid is amazing! I really like that there's no music, that I can hear the clicking, your coacing in getting the work done, your feedback that I did well, the 30-min, the stretches, the first and the middle breathing excercise and the monotasking!

I was able to finally tackle my response posts for the discussions I have in the certification course I'm taking! I've had all week but consistently put it off, lol. I'm sure many may know that discussions are the bane of our existence. Happy to finally be done!

Thanks for the video, it's my first time trying body doubling. It's great to not have music - I started a few other videos and had to stop due to background music. I'm a musician and musicologist and I get super distracted by either 'background' music (it's not background for me!) or just the constant soundtrack in my head! Thanks for that! It may not have been intentional, but it helped. 🎉

Thank you, I am so very grateful for your videos and am amazed how well they work for me - sometimes better than a live body double! Would you consider making much longer ones? (2 x 3hr total sessions?) Now, I just replay the videos, but it would be great to have a longer one or two. It's all good - what you are doing.

Thank you so much for this! I really enjoyed this, it was my first body doubling experience with a youtube video and I found it really helpful. I love the stretches and breathing techniques, I think you should totally make more of these!

Thank you for these videos. They really help me with focusing. The body doubling aspect is super helpful, and being able to see you rather than just see a screen or timer helps it feel like a live person is on the other end, which I need.

Thank you so much for this video! I really appreciate the lack of music and the way you structured things with the introduction, stretching, talking at breaks, etc. If possible, it would make it a lot more watchable for me if there weren't gum chewing, or if that sounds was somehow edited out (I don't know if this is possible). With my misophonia it just isn't doable :(

This is amazing! I wish I knew about this forever ago. I review medical records for an insurance company and about this time yesterday, I only had 7 cases done. Now I have 20! I'm logging off my computer while it's still daylight for a change. Thank you!

Oh my goodness this was SO helpful. I’ve never used a body double before and I was super behind and work and was able to catch up completely using this video. Thank you so much for what you do

this was brilliant - managed to update our website, build and distribute a report on one brand, halfway through building for another brand, produced and implemented a solution for missing customer review titles and set up a new google analytics property! found the 'body doubling' aspect useful for keeping me focused when working from home where my brain naturally starts the feeling of impending doom left to my own devices - I'd love to watch more if this is something you wanted to do more of.

sensory overloadhas been killing me, it was so hard to wake up, barely slept couldnt close my eyes until 5 a.m and was feeling guilty that I dindt start studying sooner, this really helped me focus, my house has lots of ants and my sensory overload makes it a hundred times harder to sleep.

When I played this on my lap top I did not hear any chewing. The video was helpful. It wasn't until I played this on my phone that I heard the chewing. Goodness girl! You were chomping as if it was a juicy steak smothered in A1 sauce! 😐 The sound of saliva gushing mixed with the squishy wet chewing gum, & chomping cow sounds triggered the phuq out of my misophonia. I had to cut this off and delete it from my playlist. If you're going to create what is supposed to be helpful content for people with ADHD then you should be mindful that there may be something you're doing that could be perceived as a potential distraction.
