Happy and Chibbs are my number 2 favorite characters behind Jax of course. I think Jax picked a VP and when he made Happy his sergeant at arms that was a great choice. Jax, Chibbs, and Happy where awesome officers of the club. Love all of them and still love this show!!!!

Mayans is great for the first Season, until Disney fired Kurt Sutter and it all went to pot. Obviously Disney are notorious for their stance on Political Correctness, so naturally the story from season 1 onwards is missing that raw feeling to it. It’s no longer offensive in the way SOA was because of Disney’s ideological views, and therefor makes for a weak series lacking attention to detail. It’s a real shame, Season 1 of the Mayans MC was shaping up to out preform the Sons of Anarchy, but with Sutter gone, so was the series direction. It doesn’t make you idealise “The life” it more steers you away from it. They also saw fit to add a homosexual plot twist, too which was totally unnecessary. The show didn’t need it. Kurt Sutter never bowed to the masses, he is Politically incorrect and has never created something for popularity or ratings. His take was you either like it or you don’t. Because of that perspective, no one in Sons was safe, and the whole thing was total chaos from top to bottom, people loved that Chaos. Mayans post season 1 is just empty. Of course, I am not a critic, and this is only my perspective. Definitely worth a watch even just for Season 1. Hope you enjoy.

I was in a club for a while, it does get crazy! And the killing and destruction does really happen, mostly not done openly. Hap, was a real club member before he was in this series, and had met with real clubs for guidance and he also styled himself after a real biker who died I believe.
