When you "left" the first time there was a noticeable "scoop" in the community. Your gear demos are absolutely fucking sick and you know your shit. Hey Keith - if you are going to do some more FAQ sections, could you share how do you deal with strings instability in a 7-string? With a standard bridge even in a 26.5 inch scale guitar it goes sharp on the attack (for example low A in drop A). I know you can work around it by tuning a little flat, or by picking with less strength. But to me it doses not seem like a solution. I mean, especially with passive pickups you need to hit those strings, right? And tuing flat does not work for the whole neck, not in a consistent way... Cheers. Love your content.

Nice. was hoping someone would do a non-broadcast review of the MV7. Might be the new go-to for heavy vocals considering it's substantially cheaper than the SM7B. Some folks switched out the wind screen for an SM7B screen and it sounded even more like it, though that was just for spoken word stuff. Either way, exciting!

I compared this mic to my SM7b and I was really impressed with the MV7. Its like a Swiss Army Knife mic. It is indeed a budget SM7b, but its actually more versatile! I promise I'm not getting paid to say shit like that. Its just my opinion of it. I should try the SM7b windscreen on it haha
