Hooray! I love the topic of braiding, and I've always though you two have great hair for it. That final braid was fascinating; I had never seen that double-back technique before.

I used to babysit a little girl (who's now in college, damn I'm getting old!) with really long blonde hair. I'd sit her in front of a movie and I'd go to town on her hair with braids all over every time. Her parents started asking me to do her hair for special events. It was so much fun! I'd like to see styles like that done with curly hair like mine. The convenience of straight hair is that you can go to town with fine toothed combs, whereas my hair = instant frizz attack. It would be fun to see more of Manirose's work and what she'd do with my type of hair. And YAY! Mr. Tumnus! :D

Hey, I've been seeing Tolkien Websites since the 1st Age (Late 90s', 2000), and just recently seen a several of newer ones, so enjoying this, ...Interesting show. Found The Hobbit Huge, and as I anticipated in advance, Ian Mckellan's handling of the Troll Scene was another great one.

I have been watching and loving all your videos since I discovered them two weeks ago. All the videos are great but I had to comment on this one because I noticed the Richard and Kahlan pillow and that's so awesome! Oh dear this is such a great video! Truly i'm obsessed with plaits and any kinds of braiding styles! You guys look amazing! And Manirose is just so talented! This is just so funny, there's only one person here who doesn't like it and that's my mom! She used to be a hairdresser but she hates doing my hair, I have really annoying hair and whatever you try to do with it, it never really works out, poor mommy! ;p And OMG can i just say i kinda freaked out at the end when I heard Manirose talking to the imaginary Mr. Tumnus in the closet like srsly Fili let me in your closet! When I was younger I always used to hide myself in the closet and I tried to get to Narnia and it never worked!! ;(
