Happy Hour ft. Lavender Cocktails!

Happy weekend everyone! It's time for some calming lavender cocktails on this sunny afternoon! Here's the recipes:
Lavender Mojito
10 mint leaves
1 oz Lavender simple syrup
1.5 oz White rum
1/2 lime, quartered
Soda water
Muddle the limes with mint leaves. Shake up with ice and add rest of ingredients.
Lavender Vodka Lemonade
1,5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Organic Fair Lavender Lemonade
Can of soda water
Shake with ice and strain into glass.
Lavender Margarita
2 oz Reposado
1 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Lavender simple syrup
To make lavender simple syrup: 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 tablespoon of lavender buds. Bring to a boil, let it simmer for a minute and let cool completely before straining.
