The skylights in the kitchen really add a lot of light ( even on a rainy day ) but that wrap-around porch with it's overhang, would have made most of those rooms a lot darker than if the porch wasn't there at all.

Blue tank looks like a bladder pressure tank for pumping water from the well. They were common,before submersible well pumps.

woo hoo we got to ride in the truck lol. i love wrap around verandas, that was the pressure pump for the well in that corner, nice wood work threw out, crazy that someone would go threw the trouble of removing the old radiators, that makes sense for the broken stairs as those things are heavy and awkward, the wood box was beside a brick pad that had a wood stove at one time, funny how that peak hole looked out to the driveway lol , until next time keep it real, Happy New Year and heres to bigger and better explores

A nice remodel with what appears to be some nice rehab of the wood finishes that I belive were painted sometime in the past and yes, I noticed missing cast iron radiators throughout the house. One was thrown down the stairs. Thanks for the tour Brandon and happy 2024! 🤠👍

Hi Brandon. Very beautiful find. The plastic you mentioned on the front porch..I believe was used to shield off the cold wind and snow. People do that in my area in the winters. Helps keep snow from piling up on the porch. It does Help! Thanks again!!❤
