Here's to a Jam Shed New Year!! Andy, you're a fine man. You remember Torchie Torchie The Battery Boy. How about Twizzle? He had extending arms! I have found the answer to the motorcyclist's winter blues!! Get yourself a Royal Enfield Himalayan and have a (gentle) go at green laning. It is great fun and you are in a great place for it. I have been inspired by the escapades of the KZbin channel "Old wild and free' as this amazing (older) couple start their greenlaning adventure in Cornwall. I promise you it is worth a watch. They inspired me! No more winter blues. All the best for the New Year, Richard.

My Greenlaning days are well behind me sadly. (health issues) but I do keep the winter blues away in my shed and talking bollocks. I really don't remember Twizzle and I only have a vague memory of Torchie. Thank you for comments I enjoy reading all of them.

Happy New Year, that is one of those stories that you can't help but want it to be true. I gave up work just before Christmas so I got plenty of riding in between the showers but then Christmas came and I came down with the lurgy (not THE one just a flu lurgy) and it seemed like ages without going on the bikes but I finally go out today took the CB500x over to Crossgates and enjoyed a Bacon Bap but I'm so looking forward to a few trips away this year.

I hate the way bikes suffer with road dirt this time of year, I also hate cleaning them. I'm pleased to hear you are like me and looking forward to some decent trips.
