Happy New Year! Coming at you from northern Minnesota. Looked back at pictures of last year at this time and noted that the amount of snow on the ground is about the same. Difference is this year it all came in one storm. We're still digging out and clearing the roof. I don't mind it when it comes down gradually, but this all-at-once thing puts a hurt on me. Between having MS and getting older, I hurt in the cold. But watching you enjoy it helps me to enjoy it too. Like you I'm making plans for spring time and doing what needs done until then. I'm not sure how this winter will play out but I'm being optimistic for a good season. Once again, thank you for sharing your experiences with us.

Well -10 is pretty warm compared to the past couple of weeks, so I guess I am a bit climatized at this point. -10 back in September would have been freezing and not hoodie weather, it is kind if weird how that works here in Northern Alberta. Northern Alberta where the ‘REAL’ trappers lived in makeshift cabins sometimes built at night. Trap a day or two and move on. Horses frozen to the ground standing up. Moose attacks and all that. This has to be the best ! He does a good job. Guess he doesn’t wanna give out a name. But, Mr. ??? When (if at all) do ya get the bigger sizes hoodies ?

Yes, the kindling chopping is sketchy to watch for people, but I have been chopping kindling like that for a very long time and it seems normal to me. It is also very easy to chop super dry cedar so does not take much force to split. Thanks for your care and concern. As far as contributions to the channel, the Super Thanks is probably the easiest to do, but the merch store is just as good. Lots of good stuff in the merch line at the store.
