I would agree, but you pose a complicated statement. Being that the pet trade has endangered parrots across the globe many breeds would be extinct if not for captive breeding and parrot husbandry. A parrot that was bred in captivity cannot be let out into the wild so what choice do owners have but to try to provide the best environment and living situation for the animal itself? As parrot lovers I’m sure we would rather all parrots be out in the wild, however our ancestors did not allow that so we are stuck in this situation. Of course new laws and penalties for taking parents out of the wild have been implemented it is still a problem in undeveloped parts of the world. Advocacy for wild parrots and protection from poaching, and making the lives of pet parrots the best we can is key; because there’s no way we can put them back. Does that make sense?

@@NovikNikolovic We all know letting a domesticated parrot free into the wild is a death sentence. No one is letting a pet parrot back into the wild, they are stating that they just don’t belong in cages and I would agree but again...we simply cannot let all them free into the wild.

I wrote to you before. Thank you for other videos and this is really interesting to my Senegal parrot. He really hears the birds sounds and responds to them. With out intruding, I suggest sounds or breeding and especially female Senegal parrots. Just a note, I am a community college English teacher and currently have a student from Senegal. We talk about these birds, but two days ago, we had an earthquake. He was very surprised, and confused. We told him this was an earthquake, and he said this was the first time he had ever felt this. Earthquakes are no fun, but first time for everything. Luckily it was nothing. Would love to see the mating ritual of Senegal parrots. Mine everyday is trying to get me to enter his blanket nest he has made. Obviously I can't, but feel so bad he bonds tome as a mate. Wish I could bring him back to Africa and let him mate, but we know that is not possible. Sad.

I'm sorry about the ads, but Google runs them even on videos with no monetization. If you play the playlist rather than a single video, and don't click skip the algorithm will recognize that nobody is watching and stop playing ads. Best wishes, Florin
