Adding the trim changed the whole vibe of this planner. You made it you! So cute, I love it. The only thing you might have to do as you add things and get further into the year is get the bigger discs. That's what I had to do with one I did. It's looking great! TFS! Hugs, Tia

I have the same happy planner and I only use it as a monthly for planning only. I ditched the other pages. However every now and then I use a classic happy planner for my Creative Monthly Planner but again I totally revamp the pages.

I haven’t watched the video yet & I know this is going to be adorable …but… you told us to remind you not to stray from your composition notebooks so I am here to jokingly remind you of that. 💕😅 I do the same thing… We find something that works for a while and it’s great but then even though it’s working and we love it we get bored so we have to try something new so I am really excited to see how this works out for you. 💖 I do my planning in discbound planners but I’ve never tried to use them as a journal. I use Levenger, Martha Stewart, Arc, and Plum Paper. Unfortunately, I think Martha Stewart and ARC have discontinued their discbound lines of products.

That trim for the back cover is gorgeous !! DO IT !! and it sticks enough past the front cover to see it …so happy it’s working for you…your first week is so beautiful and inspiring !! You will get your groove ! And I love the family picture collage spread you mentioned doing ! Great idea !!
