The rock analogy is spot on! I need to really meditate on this, but my hope is in the bible verse in philippians <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="66">1:6</a> that he is not finished with me yet! I've learned that as long as I abide=stay connected to His word , I'll become less dry on the inside. I pray one day to be a fountain 😊🙇‍♀️💧

Thank you LORD! There is A modern term that is negative to describe those always " wanting something" of the world, "thirsty." I enjoy the blessings of this world, but I DO delight in every fresh encounter I experience through partaking of the WORD. The world doesn't water my " thirst!" +Irene Santiago - If you wish to have a "refresher" on the Psalms, Pastor Paul at Calvary Chapel Ontario does so very clearly and without the worldly music and references. Just straight from the word of God. We all need to re-do our Bible chapters from time to time, and since I just did Psalms 1 & 2 there and it was excellent, I thought I'd pass this on to you as you said that it's helpful when the exegeses is done in a relatable way. God bless you! Maranatha! EDIT -- This is also VERY good. Calvary Chapels are about the only church assemblies anymore teaching the TRUTH in God's word in these days of the "Great apostasy" or the "falling away" from the truth, as Jesus and the Apostle Paul both called it when telling us that it was coming - and is now here. Again, God bless you and yours! Marantha! Jesus is coming soon and very soon! ANOTHER good one yet is Calvary Chapel Keneohe (Hawaii), Pastor JD Farag. He's a nice, nice man as well is his Co-Pastor, Pastor "Mac".
