Silco makes it clear that he sees Vi as a traitor to her sister, to the Undercity, and to everything her family stood for, and Vi never did anything to prove that notion wrong.

If Powder hadn't said Vi left/Vi's not my sister and inadvertently echoed his feelings about his rift with Vander, he would have carried out his original plan of stabbing her to death. Silco wants Vi dead after she gets out of prison because she's a loose end who could turn Jinx' head.

What was also a nice call-back for me was the fact that the song Vi and Jinx's mom plays on the jukebox is the song that plays in season 1 when Vander serves Powder during episode two (dropping the straw in precisely the same way) when he realizes Vi is going to give herself up to the enforcers.

All her life she felt and believed that everyone around her always dies because she's a jinx and she breaks everything around her. And it was that night - that one decision - that started her on this path. We all have things we wish we could take back or do differently. For Jinx..... well, this is it. Vander is still alive. Meaning she _didn't_ break everything. 99%, sure but not everything.

It's subtle, but I think this episode is a big one for Caitlyn. She learns Ambessa has been up to sketchy stuff behind her back. She sees in this doctor the person she could become if she continues down her current path, a monster using love for a deceased family member as an excuse to do terrible things to the innocent people of the undercity. And she sees that many of the "perverse abominations" in Zaun, like Warwick and Shimmer and maybe even Jinx, wouldn't exist without the abuse and mistreatment of uncaring individuals from Piltover like him and... herself perhaps?

Dude, out of all the channels I watch reacting to, both Brazilian and American, you two were the ONLY ones who got the scary and creepy vibe of Viktor's situation and those he heals. Which in my mind doesn't make sense that most people don't think so too. It's really weird that he can enter people's minds like that and speak through their bodies, and how Salo completely changed his personality.

Can't speak for anyone else, but for me it was more about giving Viktor the benefit of the doubt - I'm not sure exactly what is going on, or what the implications are (yet), but I know Viktor to be a good man with integrity. The parallels are CRAZY! Salo/Viktor telling Jayce "Somethings happened. You seem.. different.." is exactly what Heimerdinger told Viktor after he touched the Hex Core for the first time. "I can't let you leave.." Is what Jayce told Vi when she was going to walk out with the Hex Gauntlets. Only this time, Jayce really meant it. Something he saw while in the Wild Rune messed him up BAD.

The cup, straw, and orange juice Vander gives Felicia is the same cup, straw, and orange juice that Vander gives Powder in season 1 episode 2 when Vander realizes Vi is going to turn herself in to the enforcers. The same exact song is playing on the jukebox! The cup Powder uses is all scuffed up, since it's been around for years. At some point she drew a starry scene on the cup, using the scuff marks as the centers of stars. Clearly, she loves that cup. This is one of my favorite parallels thus far, and nobody notices it. Edit: Actually, I see someone commented on the song and straw being the same.

My prediction is that Ekko, Heimer and Jayce are merged into one mind. They are entangled similar to how Vander and the Beast are an entangled mind in Warwick. It holds up if you see how Viktor and the healed are a hivemind or that Sky and Viktor are always together. The arcane can merge or fracture minds and their collective ego death was painful. They want to destroy the arcane to regain their individuality as much as anything else.

@@Amplefire I mean, the Underground was even worse before he came a long, Shimmer being a drug was more of a side effect, it was meant as a weapon. Was he supposed to just rot away down there with air that is barely breathable? Remember the Scene where he talked to the Chembarons in Season 1 and told them it was even worse in the old days. Imagine how much Topside cared. Then again, his actions did bring a lot of suffering, but so did the actions of the topside that he lived in. Maybe he was forgiven, he was not pure evil even if he certainly was not a saint. But then again in his circumstances, i doubt many would be.

But then after he bonded with Powder, he recognized that Vi was a threat to his relationship with his "daughter" and resolved to kill her, since by the time he learned of her reappearance it was far too late for Vi and Jinx had already surpassed all his expectations. Still, very dark and twisted to try to murder your dead friend's child.

Jinx being the most rational person in the room in that scene was bittersweet because it was very arsonist-firefighter of her. She wanted Vi broken and alone as some warped form of vindication. She didn't want her with Caitlyn and she wanted her to accept that Powder was gone at any cost. It broke her to the point of stripping her of everything...and now that she is exactly how Jinx wanted her, Jinx wants to criticize her and act like Vi is the only one ever to be coocoo for Coco Puffs? Jinx is so unserious and I love her for it but dang.
