He fought for years to get those pensioners killed and cheered every step of the way, them cheered again when his friends killed the disabled, then cheered again when Johnson killed nurses and doctors by refusing free protective gear from the EU during a pandemic, then cheered again while they cut pay for those dying on the front lines. Don't know why they need an allowance for a second home - you can only live in one at a time ! So you only need to heat one home, not both ! In any case, MPs are now paid in excess of £91 thousand a year - if you can't live off that, to cover everything, then there's a serious lack of impulse control when it comes to spending said salary ! No need for fuel allowance, subsidised meals and drinks or indeed expenses - join the rest of us in the real world, who somehow, have to get by on a quarter of an MP's salary !

An 80 year old has lost in one fell swoop £170 for the tv licence, £300 for the Fuel allowance and now you pay £50 to have your green bin emptied - that's apart from enormous energy bills and every single thing going up in price including window cleaning and servicing the boiler. Next stop the abolition of the 25% single occupancy rate which includes pensioner widows and widowers as well as everyone else. The food banks better stock up this winter.

State pension scheme is extremely unfair. People who have all their stamps get about £3 over the eligible pension credit cut off. Which is £218 per week. A normal person who worked and is in ok health gets £221 per week, no pension credits so they pay for things like glasses ect. If one hasn't worked enough and gets less than £218 they get pension credit. Free glasses ect. If one is ill the pension credit threshold is higher if the person can claim PIP or Attendance Allowance.
