You just taught me a no brainier. Sew these tiny things before you cut them out!!!!! I've been trying to make America girl doll clothes/items for my granddaughter and my machine kept eating these tiny things. I've been sewing for 50 years and that was so easy. I just put my doll's feet down and traced them so it would exactly fit my journey doll, did one for my madame alexander doll, and did one for our generation dolls...hope this helps
