Hey Keegan! I had the same procedure years ago and for the same reasons. Perfectly straight (ha!) nose on the outside but twisty on the inside; I just wanted to breathe. Sounds unpleasant, but being able to breathe properly undoubtedly makes it worthwhile. I assume he'll sleep better, too. Many people get black eyes from nose surgery, so don't be surprised. Anyway, good luck, mate! Also, my guess is Joel is absolutely correct that domestic abuse OF men is severely underreported. I suspect the authorities would tend to not take it seriously even if it were reported. I hope I'm wrong about that, though.

Actually. most domestic violence in an any given relationship, consists of two women. Lesbian relationships also have a 70% divorce rate. Kinda shows female behavior. Interestingly enough women divorce men at the same rate of 70%. I would also assume the abuse from women onto men is pretty high too. Higher than what we are lead to believe. Keep in mind abuse comes in other forms and not just physical. Even though a woman have a higher chance of getting away with physical abuse towards a man.

I believe the latest statistics show one in three victims of abusive relationships are men. There are many imprisoned men who have been incorrectly seen as the aggressors when in actuality they are victims. My mother was a domestic violence counselor for women. During her career, she spent time in the prison system counseling men which helped to shed some light on the disparities.
