Jack! I believe the notes that were found by the weapons was actually where Paddock had projected the bullet drop from the rifles he was shooting and the distance he was shooting from. He had recorded how high he needed to shoot to actually hit his targets. I’m not sure if this is 100% true but I’m so sure this was confirmed. Hope this helps!

Paddocks email was full of what can only be described as advertisements for weapons for sale. Now, the way the weapons were spread around the room supports a sales gone wrong scenario. Who killed him and why escapes us as the buyers were never identified.

You know what I realised, outside of America shootings are labelled as massacres for example the Dunblane massacre and the port Arthur massacre for example. However, in America they are labelled as shootings which is a word that compared to “massacre” almost normalises it ( not that’s normal, it’s still a tragedy) but a massacre has more impact than the word shooting and it’s weird that gun laws are letting shootings in America become more common and a normality that every week there will be a shooting while after the Dunblane massacre in the uk and the port Arthur massacre in Australia guns were banned and/or heavily restricted

A 60 something year old man no formal military training and his hit ratio was more than 50%. Some people was shot multiple times. Everything was covered up. If you look at the pictures of his body lying on the floor, with his arms lying neatly on both sides of his body and the pistol he shot himself in the mouth with several feet above his head, it's obvious someone layed him out AFTER he was dead. His body wouldn't fall that way and the pistol would be in front of him and not several feet above his head. And of course there was the automatic weapon standing above his foot ..... There is plenty of released information that you could confirm some of the things you reported wrong. Once you start to look closely you will see there are many things wrong with the fit report, no ballistics, etc. You need to dig MUCH deeper into to this one!

Another thing I wanted to note- I very rarely comment on KZbin videos or really on any other platforms where commenting is an option, regardless of content. However, I recently stumbled upon (recommended feed, I believe) another segment of this podcast where the Watts’ family murder case was discussed. Now I’m no podcast connoisseur, so I might not have the most informed view of the status quo, but just in that segment (probably about the same length, approx. 20 mins) there were so many stated inaccuracies that anyone with even cursory knowledge of the facts of the case would identify right away. Not a huge deal, and reasonable people should know to do their own research or should try to do what they can to fact check information received from secondhand sources at minimum, but I mean this reminded me of some messed up version of the telephone game, or at least that’s what I’m assuming happened which led to a broad understanding of the major themes of the case but so many references to facts or evidence that just didn’t quite hit the nail on the head, at best, and were flat out incorrect at worst. But again, I watch mostly flushed out, edited, scripted, methodically directed videos on KZbin and so maybe podcasts are meant to be broadcast with little to no research done before hand, to maybe seem more relatable to the viewer who’s stumbled upon the video/audio having not done much research beforehand either.

I always thought Paddock had all of his guns strewn around the room for accessibility while in a firefight with the cops. But now it almost seems he had most of the guns on display. Like " Look here, look at all of the guns I was able to get legally". Like the AR-15s that were lying between two chairs he had pushed together. The barrels were facing up.
