Great job on this video Christina. Really well researched and presented, and the tips you gave, would make for a mostly hassle-free experience. Visitors can also look into special events that are happening during the time of their visit, and take advantage of those, especially in smaller villages. Wine festivals, or pasta making workshops, really get you to experience the culture from a grounded perspective, since you interact with the locals more, and get a better understanding of the local lifestyle. (Just my 2cents.)

I like the video! Is there a way to slow the video down?? Or is this your normal speaking because it's hard to follow. I kept having to go back and listen to it again and again.🙄 I see that a lot of other people have mentioned this as well, I know this video is one year old. I will have to check out your current videos to see if you're speaking the same speed that would prevent me from subscribing . Just FYI.😉🙂

Great tips!! Most comprehensive I've seen so far❤. I lived in Italy for 6 months with a family and they really didn't serve me that much food which was surprising and so I went to the local convenience store and they have food set out, just olives and munchies and it was free. ( I bought a beer so as not to be rude) Really helped me through the day.

If you want your coffee at the bar, I learned that you ask for it "Al banco", and you'll pay around €1.50 instead of let's say €4 at a table inside or more on the terrace outside.
