I have tried this diet 4 times in a year expand.The first time i lost 11lbs,the second time i lost 5 lbs,the third time i lost 6lbs during this 3 times i didn't workout and only drank green tea about 3 liters and the four time i only lost 6 lbs this time i did 20-25 minutes of treadmill so i am guessing the first time u will lose the weight due to the fact of poor health

U r really lucky or u have high metobolic rate, today is third day first day i loose 750 grams, today only 300 g😒 i strictly followed the diet and also mrng 15 mnts hiit and evng 30 hiit +low intensity workout,but reduced 300g only,may be i have low metabolism 😑any way last day, hope 1 will lose 1 kg tomarow 😛just wanna ask u that how u make that apple smoothy pls reply
