Dr Salim ,I'm watching urself most useful videos for the last 2 months. Actually I'm pre-diabetic and following ur all the video's carefully. After these 2 month's my fasting and pp levels r satisfactory and have reduced some weight as well .I don't finds words to thank u .Am sure u r a Godsent gentleman in today's world. Thank you for your informative videos. My request is if you can provide some information on food for Autoimmune Disease (Pemphigus vulgaris). My doctor advised to avoid Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper and Black Coffee. He suggested to increase the intake of Turmeric.

Sir. Thanks for this useful video. I love ur content❣️🙏. I have one query, I have been suffering from high uric acid for the past 1-2 yrs. But I saw ur video to how to minimise, it really works as miracle - "ajwain with ginger drink". However my uric acid comes to normal range but there is always fatigue and soreness in my body , I have done full body checkup also .. everything Is good but don't know why this soreness is with me from 2-3 weeks..first i thought it was due to my gym workout but I am not going from 1-2 weeks ..still the fatigue and soreness is there in whole body and it is noticeable..what sud i do?pls do reply

It could be due to high uric acid. If you maintain your uric acid, the soreness will go eventually.
