Nice watching your videos Let me tell you about having my food 1 I got up 4.30 in a morning 2 5.30 boil green ginger take water in a full glass half spoon honey half lemon squeeze 1/4 spoon karela powder 1/4 spoon moringia powder stir nicely make full two glass by adding water So its quite warm water add very little turmeric powder and drink both glass of water 15 minutes later one cup of tea 8 am breakfast Oatmeal in warm semi milk 5 skinless almond About 15 to 20 blueberry Half walnut 2 satsumas ( not orange) Two spoons bombay mix Lunch One re apple few pistachio 5 cassunut and one satsumas

Better to eat 5 or 6 times a day but small potions. Only eat enough to kill the hunger and no more.. like if you can eat 5 rotis then eat only 2 which should kill your hunger. Dont over indulge

जी बिल्कुल दिन ढलने के बाद कुछ भी नही खाना चाहिए लेकिन आजकल की मॉडर्न जमाने के लाइट्स में हम सब कुछ भूल चुके हैं, और ऐसा करने का सोचें भी तो भी नही हो पाएगा, तो बेहतर है रात को हमेशा पतली खिचड़ी अथवा कम से कम तेल मसाले वाली सब्जी का इस्तेमाल करें
