Yesterday’s Cobra Blood Gongo hunt vid was as I expected immediately put in what KZbin calls a limited state pending a manual review. KZbin’s content moderation software generally does this automatically with vids featuring even half a nipple on a 2000 year old roman statue, 500 year old renaissance paintings with a little cleavage or exotic food vids from Tanzania like my goat BBQ, my Mexican vid with the Mezcal statue or now Vietnam where animals are on the menu. However due to my heavy censorship of the cobra scene, (not showing the cobra being cut open, being first knocked unconscious or any close ups of the snake at all after it’s death), I expected the vid to be released from limited state and then pushed out to my viewers as any normal vid would pending a review. However that didn’t happen and was just now confirmed by manual review that it won’t, which makes me regret censoring the scene to begin with. So I have taken the video down and will re-edit that entire scene and show everything as it happened with graphic details since even blocking out the entire scene and not showing any graphic details was too wild for KZbin and made the video limited visibility anyway. However doing so still means it will never be a popular video. I may also make a another version without a close up of the heart at all as the actual making of the cobra heart shot is a small part of the overall 1 hour long video. Problem is I’m busy editing tomorrow’s vid and tomorrow will be busy editing another. So it may take some time if I ever get it done as I’ll likely continue filming more and be busy with that and it doesn’t make sense to upload a Vietnam snake vid when I’m in the middle of a series through a different country. Does this mean that the people who can't stand the thought of a Cobra becoming dinner and sadly KZbin generally cater to when they make such decisions (despite them being 0.001% on a channel like mine and maybe even KZbin in general) win? Not really as the cobras ain’t coming back and also I’ll continue doing cobra shots regardless of making vids or not. Who loses? The nice family who runs the cobra restaurant who now miss out on the promotion. The street food lady in the rain who was also getting good promotion and the nice hotel owner who so many of you were excited about visiting whose hotel could’ve gotten a flying start as well. Farming and eating cobras is no different from farming and eating pigs for said purpose in Europe or America. People before animals any day of the week in my book. The people enraged that not every country is exactly as Scandinavia when it comes to food habits (meat must be bought at the counter and you can't be there watching the butcher do his job) will never watch crazy food and drinking vids from African tribes or Vietnam cobra food vids. However when one pops up they get to set the agenda sadly so it is what it is.

I am finding myself in Malta this week and found a Nepalese restaurant and thx to the Northman I tried the Chowmein since you always rave about it. Well I must say it did not disappoint! Without your video's I would never have thought to go to a Nepalese restaurant. Thx Harald for broadening my horizon. Nice small restaurant too. Run with only 1 serving staff. Wow! Great experience Harald. You and Noodles are a great team. Halong Bay is spectacular. I was there in year 2000 before these luxury cruises became a thing. I rented a boat for the day but nothing like the oppulence you enjoyed. The food and beverage and obliging service you enjoyed was superb. Hope the lady received a pearl necklace from the Northman!
