Remember it's better too typically wayyyy better too have a job while seeking another job but if you're miserable both mentally and physically and financially secure just quit but leave on good terms and go work through a temporary job agency until you can find something better that suits you well and or get some specialized training as well!!!

They are modernizing at my job and they insult me everyday. I'm a dedicated worker and am insulted for my appearance nonstop. It is mentally exhausting. Everything I do to change Is not enough, they ask me nonstop about retiring. Thank you for this information information

Atleast they asked you. Mine were playing mind games pretending that they wanted me there while tormenting me with abusive treatment. Name and shame them. Force them to fear you. Respect is out of the question with those animals.

That would be nice if Florida nurses had such rights as you say workers do in Africa. Florida employers have the right to do whatever they want to nurses they feel threaten their profit potentials, from what I witnessed in 3 decades. Humans should be warned to not allow their children to also work with them at these Predator Hospital Systems. Thx for helping African workers.🙏

WHY do these videos speak in terms of singular perps. These days, there are collectives of bad actors, often lead by management. They're so seasoned in their evil, they already have plans to deal with and work around these extremely predictable suggestions. They drag your character through the mud.

Yes, I am experiencing this now, with a few key players. Too bad the company doesn't truly mind, just some lip service, and an email or so, to cover themselves. If I thought I deserved this...If I felt truly desperate....I would choose to stay, and endure more. I know I deserve a respectful environment, and I am seeking just that. The laws simply don't cover all that they should. What truly needs to be addressed....is... female-on-female workplace harassment.
