I'm watching this in August 2020 ... I wasn't subscribed back in 2016 but I was lucky enough to have KZbin recommend it to me today and I'm glad it did. That's a fascinating building. Thank you for sharing it with us!

That is just gorgeous! What an amazing building. Harbin seems like one of the few Chinese cities that still retains its historic style and culture. It looks especially gorgeous in Winter during the city’s annual ice festival. I don’t see anything wrong with China’s traditional, historic architecture. Seriously, if they’re so fond of building then why not go back to their roots. Do some red and gold temple-style high rises. Better yet, instead of boring apartment blocks, they should replicate some of the huts that dotted the Chinese countryside during ancient times but retrofitted with modern amenities. Those grand dynasty palaces of ancient times could be retrofitted to be some killer ass luxury apartments. Food for thought. 👍🏼

haha, wonderful thankyou. Hope you like architecture visualisation as much as the built environment because the channel has been started as a way to help my fellow architecture students learn the basics of arch viz.
