I have the 24x36 Franklin cart I bought at Harbor Freight nearly 20 years ago. Has the original casters on it and they're really good full ball-bearing wheels. I think I paid $59.99 for it 20 years ago. Could explain why the ones on the shelf today have worse wheels than mine (cost cutting). I definitely haven't been gentle to mine either. I once worked in an office where I was provided the same cart as the Everbilt. I didn't like it. You couldn't push it (I can push my franklin) and the wheels got caught on every threshold or transition and rolled like crap on carpet.

yeah im sure 20yrs ago the cart was manufactured much better and like you said cost cutting etc- has led to inferior types of casters and materials. I went with the Everbilt and since having it the cart has worked out very well. I can always modify it like i was saying in the video but for the time being it is functioning good for my needs. It was just when taking a close look at the Franklin in the store and noticing the flimsy support, wobble and poor casters that i decided against it. If I could get one like you mention you bought some time ago i am sure i would have bought it. Thanks
