Hi Roger, That little controller board works like a dream and at a fantastic price. I have just installed it on my DIY CNC wood lathe and i cant fault it. I love Mack 3 because you can run it on as many machines as you want with one licence. I have been using recycled mini PC from a local supplier that has win10pro, 8gb ram and 128gb ssd. Mach3 runs just fine on win10 and with the usb controller board its a good solution. Thanks for the video and I hope you are as happy with the board as i am. Cheers Dave. (Retired and loving it)

Great. Thanks Roger. I'm an ex CNC turner so that was all very interesting. I enjoyed watching it. I have a similar lathe but won't be converting it to CNC. Scared of going down the production engineer route. Too many years making hundreds or thousands of the same part. 😉

Awesome video as always. How have you found that board integrating with Fusion 360 post processor I've had lots of drama F360 post library post didn't work me it runs gcode about 10mm off the part and radius is all over the place. Very interest how you get on. Mach3 say you can run on windows 10 but something not right. Thanks for all your help through your videos Cheers David

Why not used the axis calibration control in Mach3 to set your steps accurately. Much easier that way. Thanks for sharing need to do this to my lathe.

Rodger I run that same R&R motion card off of Windows 10 with no problems in case you want yo upgrade

You are correct. This board is good for CNC mill. Lathe you need index for thread cutting. Not many cheap USB CNC boards support threading (index )
