interesting, near as I can tell your using some form of screw jack from a pickup and power drill for breaking tire down but didn't get how your taking tire off rim with power drill. Maybe you show in your other videos how it's done, I'll watch later.......

At around 4:10 in the video it shows me using the device I welded up to remove the tire. To use my drill I used a torque multiplier I purchased from Amazon. Here's a link to the one I bought. www.amazon.com/XtremepowerUS-Torque-Multiplier-Saving-Wrench/dp/B00MI0DOW6?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A1Y4RBJHD0SC34

@@kdjsmj How did you attach the torque multiplier? Could you make a video explaining that please? Thank you sir!

@@v65wings45 I welded an 1 1/4" long piece of 1" ID square tube to the top of the cylinder that screws into the tire changer. The converter does tighten it down to where you need some torque to get it loose. I hope to make another video showing more details but it will be a while (probably next spring) as I go in for open heart surgery in two weeks.

@@v65wings45 Sorry for the long delayed reply. In November I had heart surgery. My workshop isn't heated so I'll wait for better weather. Hopefully I'll be able to make a video with more descriptions of how I made it. But for a quick description, I welded a 1" high piece of 1"ID square steel tubing to the top of the screw-on tube that holds the rim in place. Using the torque multiplier does tighten the hold-down tube quite a bit, so I use the long tire tool that came with the changer to loosen it.

What is your center mechanism made from. Could you tell me how you were able to use your drill to take the tire off. I am a disabled Veteran and I cannot use a bar anymore due to shoulder issues. Thank you!
