Ive got the 125 and the 200 unlimited. I use the 125 more because of how easy it is to use. That 1G test is crazy that it held up like that . Thats a professional test and that little titanium 125 actually passed it . Thats crazy !

Wow. A bend test with a 125 amp flux welder? Unbelievable. Thanks a million. If the 125 can do that, then the 140 I plan on purchasing for my small business will be devastating. I need that particular one for aluminum. Thanks again. Didn't think that was possible with fluxcore at 125 Amps. 27 years of production welding and never realized that. Keep it coming.

I bought one for the weight and strap so I didn’t have to drag my esab rebel up a steep hillside or fence work. It performed really well on a long extension and I welded the 18 gauge cheap pre fab fence like a dream. Now I use it on a lot of my mobile fab/repair stuff it is really handy. Not often do I need more than it can do. Nice video.

Similar story here. My neighbor is a "master welder". and claims he used my HF Titanium Flux 125 before, and swears to high heaven that it's not good for anything thicker than sheet metal of a car (which it actually blows through on the lowest setting). I've been welding rebar, repairing engine block cracks, fixing apartment staircases, and have even patched rusty trailers with this little fella. And I've yet to have a customer call me up to tell me it broke. I'm not gonna claim that it's the perfect tool for every job. But I never blame the tool for the quality of my work.

Great video showing the capabilities of that little machine. I would like to see some close ups of the various beads after you run them. I am especially curious about the first pass when you had the 1/4" space between the 3/8" plate. I didn't know you could do that big of a single pass. The destructive test in that 60K press was the shiznit and totally unexpected.

@@26feironworks79 I was 6G AWS certified 15 yrs ago for stainless steel Tig. Don't do much welding now a days but I have a gate to build and a tow hitch to make fit my truck so I picked up the 125 for $80 on Facebook yesterday. It's new in the box. Wasn't too hopeful as I used a Miller briefcase welder back then and unless you had 1/16 rods and we're right next to a breaker panel it didn't work. And it was a $1200 machine. I welded with a 1950s Miller 225 MMA with argon and a Tig attachment so I can make it work but the 110 machines back then we're just garbage. I'm glad things have improved.

That is also typically a dedicated 20A circuit, as indicated by that single receptacle in the middle of the wall outlet . The other key element is a BEEFY extension cord. You can go 50 or even 100 feet, if the wire gauge is sufficient. Too small a wire and you get voltage drop at the end which puts additional load on the welder. 12 gauge wire on a 50 cord should have you covered. Just my $.02 AND don't forget to plug the fridge back in when you're done...... the missus would be PISSED.

I've found a bender to be invaluable for testing materials. I used to carry around pretacked plates and randomly have people run a few beads for me when we got a new lot of consumables. I've had to pull dual shield wire with random running slag inclusions under a visually acceptable pass. I've also had certified test plates with delaminations
